Salmen in Karlsruhe

Visit this place (local) for years, love the carrot soup, but this time without the weekly sauce. Service always friendly. As in the past, the kitchen would have to work with more seasoning. I call that attention to detail. We pay good prices, so you shouldn't skimp on spices. Outside seating always, thumbs up ;-)

had the "quick breakfast" from the menu today ... actually zero points ... ok, € 4.50 ... not expensive ... but that sort of thing can't leave the kitchen ... 2 rolls that are so hot were that you couldn't eat them for 15 minutes, a slice of Lyoner, a mini slice of cheese, a small cheap jam and a little butter ... without any garnish ... we have never seen anything so loveless ... However, the wait staff were very friendly .... Conclusion ... never more .. sorry .. 😱😱😱🥺

Extremely friendly and attentive staff! The menu was balanced and especially the seasonal dishes creative and delicious. We were particularly impressed by the vegetarian menu. When the weather is nice, you can sit here with enough space between beautiful flowers and enjoy the summer 🌴🌺😎

The worst pasta I’ve ever eaten! It’s like they took the cheapest noodles and put some sault in there! Tomatoes were served with the sepals. At least they were very nice and didn’t charge for it

The staff is very unmotivated, you wait about 10 minutes until you get a card even though you are seen. Also very rude. Fortunately, the food is very tasty, therefore 3 stars.

The service staff was attentive and very friendly. My girlfriend ordered 2x salad. That tasted very good to her. My goat flame cake was disappointing. Because the goat cheese was extremely mild. Hardly to taste. It's a shame. The tomato soup was good. The sanitary facilities for women and men are in need of renovation.

Salmen A place in Karlsruhe on the place with 1A TOP location you will find the Salmen. "Ludwigsplatz." Both inside and outside we can sit down comfortably. The service staff are friendly and attentive. The food was good. Had the Maultouche with a pumpkin filling and cheese spaetzle. Both were very good. See image

A restaurant which can adapt to the seasonal conditions. At the moment is pumpkin time. There are various dishes with pumpkin. We had 2 different soups with pumpkin as a starter and as a main course pumpkin ravioli. All excellent food, which is a very good alternative and alternative to the conventional diet. The service was very neat. The prices are normal.

Very dissapointing food. I had the mushroom tortellini (all of 3 bits!!), my partner had pasta with strips of salmon, not sure the fish was particularly fresh. Drinks and service were good, but food gets 2/5.
